Not sure what to say?

Please accept my deepest sympathies and prayers for your family. I was a patient of Dr. Bowers and he had such an influence on me and my life. He really helped me through some challenging times in my life. I would not be where I am today without his guidance and support. Because of him, I have been able to continue on my faith journey seeking where and how God is calling me.

I will never forget him.

Dear Mary and Family,
As members of Holy Spirit, we always enjoyed talking with Jim and hearing his sermons. Grayson traveled with Jim when they worked on communities damaged by storms, and they had some funny stories to tell about their experiences. Jim helped me when I was going through a difficult time; I appreciated his concern and caring. We missed him at church after he retired, and now we will miss him in the community. We send our very best wishes for your healing, with God's help....

Allie, Julie, and Mrs. Bowers, been thinking of you each. My thoughts and sympathies are with you.

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We became friends in our time in Palmer Township and sadly we lost contact with each other over the years after we left the area. We re-connected via Face Book recently and it was great to see how he and his family were doing. Please accept my sincere condolences on his passing.

A very special man who was a very good friend to me So many wonderful memories of Bear Creek. Peace to you Mary, Allié and Jules

To Pastor Jim's Family,

My sincere condolences to all!

I was Pastor Jim's secretary at Friedens Lutheran in Center Valley when he worked there as our interim pastor. I have fond memories of our discussions we would have periodically, especially when he would talk of his family, most times his mother and daughters. He was a wonderful person to work with, always having a positive attitude and helping to solve all situations that would develop.

I will not be able to attend...
