Not sure what to say?

Whether it be a witty riposte to an inane remark, a surly criticism of an umpire's visual acuity, a generously hosted Packer party or a friend when one was needed, we knew we could count on Jim to provide just the right stuff. We will miss our friend.

Jim had a good heart and was an all-around nice guy. My condolences to his family, friends and co-workers.

Jim Brandt was my friend from 1956 to June 25, 2007. I grew up with him, fought with him, yukked it up with him, complained about him, and did everything friends do with him. He drove me to the Induction Center when I was drafted in 1969 and told me he'd pick me up when I got out. I laughed and thanked him for both lifts, the emotional and vehicular. Two years later, he was there. Jim, tell your mother I'm sorry I never got you fixed up. I shoulda tried harder. You were my friend.

My sincere condolences. Working with Jim was a pleasure and when my career took another direction, Jim was extremely supportive, and I will always be grateful for his kind words and genuine encouragement. Peace and blessings to Jim and his family.

Please know that my thougths and prayers are with you all. I respected Jim greatly and truely enjoyed his friendship and working with him as well. He was a true gentleman. God Bless

Please accept my sincere condolences.
Working with Jim for the last few years was a real pleasure. I will miss his wit and insight.
