Jim was a great friend of mine from Boy Scouts he was also a great friend of my father.who proceeded him to that great Scout Camp that all great leaders go, as well as just about anyone that had the luck to meet him. I will always remember him as the head cook at OA events and as mentor and teacher and friend. I beleave that he will be remembered fondly by everyone that knew him.

Ella, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Wish I would have know sooner. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet you and James. You always made me feel welcome.

To the best Santa Claus that our girls will ever know. You were the greatest. Our prayers are with your family through this trying time. May God bless you. Your co-worker from the Chelsea Proving Grounds.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathy at this time of loss. Jim was a wonderful friend and worker and shared himself with anyone who needed a kind word or a helping hand.
We knew Jim from the Chrysler Proving Grounds and we both have fond memories of seeing him at the Wolverine Tavern after work and on special holidays. We regret that health issues will prevent us from visitation, but know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Jim will be missed. He was the first peron I remember meeting as a child moving to Chelsea. He was truly one of the best people I have ever known and would do anything for anybody. Jim was an example of what more people today need to be like. God Bless
