Not sure what to say?

My condolenses to the family now that Jim has reached the end of his journey here on Earth but rejoice in knowing the best is yet to come. Along the way Jim touched so many of us with his friendship and service which is something we will never forget.

I was privileged to have served in the Regional Office of ATF with Jim Bright. I relied heavily on his sage legal advice and common sense approach to law enforcement. Jim was a down-to-earth lawyer with a dry sense of humor that nearly everyone seemed to enjoy, but I never heard him tell the "Spot" joke, as far as can be remembered. He was not above asking for help from time-to-time. Jim Bright is one of my brightest memories from my days as a Special Agent with ATF. I did not keep in touch...

Jim your journey through this World has ended and the best is yet to come. Thank you for touching our lives along the way with your service and your friendship.

Jim was an outstanding person as well as an outstanding attorney. It was an honor to know him and to appreciate his devotion to the law, to ATF and to the people he served.
My condolences to the family.
Charles Yoakum, Special Agent, ATF (Ret.)Covington, Tennessee

Condolences. Jim was my friend and, in many ways, a mentor. The legal advice he rendered was invaluable. His "Spot" joke was pretty bad, but always enjoyable. God will smile.

My condolences to the family. Jim was liked by everyone who had the privledge to know and work with him. I had to smile a little this morning, remembering his "Spot" joke. He told it every chance he got, it never got any better or worse. We enjoyed his company.

May he rest in peace and let light perpetual shine upon him.

My deepest sympathies and condolences for a Brother in Arms! I did not know him and after reading his accomplishments, I'm sorry I never had the opportunity to meet him! May he rest in peace! Ray Torres, ATF, retired

Jim was well known and appreciated by the ATF Agents in the Southeast Region for his expertice and assistance. A good one. Condolences to the family. Stanley Vines, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
