It was both my honor and great pleasure to know Jim. I first met him in 1999 and as should come as no surprise, had no idea over a number of years that he was living with a serious illness. Although I knew him professionally, Jim and Linda have always made me feel like a friend. I delighted in Jim's wit and wonderful sense of humor - and certainly his kindness. I will miss him greatly.
