Jim was a very special and unique kind of guy, a Super Sgt Major, demanding, tough, gruff and loud on the outside, helpful, gentle, generous, loving and romantic on the inside. What a MAN!

From where I stood, Jim was an All American Husband, Parent, Provider, Loyal Friend and Patriot. I will very much miss Jim's companionship and ever ready sense of humor.

I'm so sorry to hear about Jim. To have Irene and Jim both pass this year is a real shock. It's so sad when we see members of the core of our family passing. I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Big Jim for his sense of humor and his love for all three of you girls.
