Not sure what to say?

Mr. Browning was a very thoughtful person who represented the best of the FDR-Lincoln tradition in government support for promoting scientific research and infrastructure, whom I came to know in my political work with the LaRouche movement. Today, more than ever, the government must promote the kind of research and mobilization of the medical infrastructure in which James was involved, which has been inadequate for years, in the kind of economic buildup reminiscent of FDR's New Deal, which...

Pappa Jim you are forever in my heart and while I'm heartbroken I'm comforted knowing you are with mother-CarolJo, the love of your life. You have no idea the impact you've had on my life. I am greatful and blessed I was able to tell you I love you before you left us. I will never forget our talks wether it was about work-related grants policy or just everyday life. Your friendship meant the world to me and I was blessed to have both you and mother in my life. May you now Rest In Peace until...

To the family members of James Browning, Jr.. James was such a pleasure to work with, I knew him and Carol. I will always remember his smile and his kindness. James and I worked at NIST - Grants Department together. He was such a wonderful co-worker and friend. Truly he will be missed. May God continue to watch over the Browning family and provide you all with peace and love. May James rest in peace.

Dear Family and Friends, I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a kind and loving person. I am going to miss his quick wit, devilish smile, and the plethora of knowledge he shared. He and Carol Jo were like family to me, and they helped me through some very trying times. I pray that I can repay the favor and provide support to you during this most difficult time. God bless you, and may Jim rest in peace with his Lord and Savior, Amen.

Boys, so sorry for your loss. You had a good Dad and the BEST Mom any guys could ask for. Keep the memories and God will provide his comfort, God Bless, Ann Smallwood
