I have only know Jim as a patient of Dr. Lewis. Jim was a kind and quiet man but a pleasure to speak with. I have known him for many years and am so sorry to hear of his passing. May he find his was in heaven and watch upon his family with a smile and a hug.

I was so saddened to learn of Jim’s passing.
We had many years of work together! He was always a pleasure to be around and we had many laughs!
I am sure Kim is up there with her arms around him! She adored him!
