Not sure what to say?

I'll always remember what he said in a psych class There are exceptions to every rule

Jim's Hawaii's Family was saddened to hear of his passing. The connection started over 50 years ago on his first flight to HI when he sat next to a local and started up a conversation. Since then he, George and Jean have come and spent time "talking story" and learning about the local culture with the 4 Chong sisters (Alma, Junny, Merle, and Velma) and their 40 member family. He engaged in conversations with the young and old whose ages now span 90 years. Jim was known for taking bike...

I have great memories of your dad from when I was younger. I´m so sorry you have lost him. He has left behind an amazing legacy, what a great way to continue to have him be a part of your lives.

So sorry for your loss. Jim always had such a smile on his face. Will be missed.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

The world has lost an amazing and gifted human being; teacher and coach. God bless you Jim.

Jim was a very special person and we are all better for having known him Ski for Light

My deepest condolences to Mr. Buehner's family.... friends, students, etc. I was one of his science students at Tipler (1970). He was also my track coach. He took time, talked with us, was always encouraging & inspiring. Thinking back, cuz of him..I came out of my shell, gained confidence & dreamed ...enjoying life. Mr. Buehner has left quite a legacy...a little bit of him will live in all of us who had the privilege to know him. Rest peacefully & enjoy this final journey.
