Not sure what to say?

I just now learned of Jim's passing and am greatly saddened. I was Jim's hall proctor at Hun in 1964/65 and traveled with him and a group of Hun graduates to Europe for a 2 month graduation trip. Very memerable! I remained friends with Jim ever since and would visit him on the cape, in Lambertville, at the Swan and the boathouse and at his place in Winter Park, FL. Ed & Karin Egan. So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We last saw him a few years ago when we stopped in to see him. We didn't get north too often and did not know of his death. A very nice. and kind man

He was sooo funny at PHS teaching history, showing the news clip of himself in the 60s arguing against being predictable. Had a couple classes 1972-1974 ... saw him at the Swan around 1980 ... never forgot him.

Rip Jim.

RIP Mr Bulger. You made a big impression on me and were one of my favorite teachers.

Jim was a wonderful friend of the Moore family for many years.
He will be greatly missed.
Our condolences to Jim's family.

Our sincere condolences to Jim's family.

Mr. Bulger was a great teacher and mentor. RIP and thank you for your wonderful stories and laughs.

This is very sad news. Jim was a most gracious host and we enjoyed our many chats. We send our deep condolences to his large and loving family and his many, many friends. There is a hole in the heart of Lambertville.
