Still think of You often My Friend! You were one of The Best! Fly High!

I am just finding out that Dr Burke passed away several years ago. He was my mother´s physician for many years. Such a beautiful soul! It hurt to know that he is no longer with us. I pray for his loved ones in their grief and loss. He is continually missed by all those he touched through out his lifetime.

I offer my heartfelt although belated sympathy to Jim's family about whom he often spoke. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. I was a colleague at Einstein, where he was so well respected by patients and colleagues alike. Jim was a man of rare integrity, intellect and kindness.

I just found out today, 9/21,of the death of 'Dr. Burke'. My wife had been treated by him for many years prior to his passing. And when I used to write poems for St. Patrick's Day, he always wanted a copy and was amazed at what I wrote. Only this past June 4th weekend he was with our group at Malvern Retreat House and sat at our table. And to go to Eternity only weeks after that religious experience is truly awesome! A gentle and kind doctor; a gentle and kind human!

I saw Dr Burke a year ago and we connected immediately. He was such a kind soul and very patient. I am totally shocked to read of his passing. I was just on the practice website to recommend him. R.I.P. Dr Burke God Speed

So sad to hear of his passing. We worked together at Einstein and continued to share many pts over the years that benefitted from his expertise and caring support.

Dr Burke was a Master of Medicine, Healer of the Sick, a True Legend. He was the Only physician that could diagnose my mother and gave me an extra 15yrs with her. He came in from home to perform a spinal tap on my son, would stay at the hospital to check on patients all hours of the night, and was truly a Great Man. I will miss you My Friend! You have Always been an Angel to Me!
