Not sure what to say?

My dad, Jack Fyfe, enjoyed addressing Jim as "Jim-Bo" and their friendship has been a long and special one. The two families have so many connections and memories: living on Walsh Road, township leadership positions and activities, and going to the same church, to name a few. Jim and the Fyfe daughters all shared an affection for MSU. That affection was NOT shared with Jack, a U of M graduate. Jim was a regular player in the Wednesday afternoon cribbage games. His smile and easy conversations...

My all-time favorite uncle! I have such wonderful memories of our family summer get-togethers in Michigan and Pennsylvania…camping at some lake, and of course, the farm. I will remember the wonderful twinkle in his eyes and laughing smile. My thoughts are with you, Aunt Pat, Jimmy, Mike and Susie.

Many of my finest memories are from my summer vacations at Uncle Jim and Aunt Pat's house. Uncle Jim, Aunt Pat and my cousins were shining examples of how to conduct myself as I made my way through adolescence. Uncle Jim surely fits the term "Great Man"

We are remembering his gentle ways and happy smiles. Praying for you all during this time and sending hugs your way! ---The Gerard Brown Family

Will be praying for you, Sue, and the family.

We were so blessed to have him as our grandpa. Memories of our weeks on the farm will be cherished. Forever our "Papa"!

Our prayers are with you, Sue, and your family. Take care.

UncleJim will be greatly missed...his sharp sense of humor, generous nature, keen observations, and deep love of family, friends, church, community and country are the essence of our Uncle Jim! We 're thinking of you all with love and healing wishes,
Charlotte (aka Sis Burnett) & John Hawke

One of the greatest "gentleman farmer's" I ever knew! Enjoyed every conversation and learned so much about our local history. Jim's memory will be cherished.
