What a beautiful and fitting obituary for a true gentleman, and a class act. He was a character with character. His was a life well lived, and his sense of humor and inner strength served him well these past 10 years. So glad that I was able to give him a big hug in January and catch up with him. I always enjoyed talking to Jim as we watched our boys play baseball and basketball. It did not matter whether they were teammates or opponents. Jim was always a gracious and funny person and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. Please accept our deepest condolences at your loss.
