Jim will live on in my heart as one of the most wonderful, generous and memorable people I have ever met. It was a great pleasure working for him after Hugo and his laughter will never be forgotten. I imagine him celebrating sunsets with Hemmingway and Puente.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow attendee and the family at this time. Attendees are recognized on the theory "if it's important to some to mention in an obit, then we can spare a few prayers". Perhaps, the time at MC was both formative and important to our comrade. We celebrate the life of Uncle Jim! We remember his joie de vivre, adventuresome spirit and love of the finer things in life. He was a wonderful friend to our father. Our sympathies to Aunt Pat and all our honorary cousins. The Stack Girls

My condolences to Jim's family. I remember Jim from St. Croix in the 1970's and 80's. He was a great guy and the painting at the Mill Harbour Bar and Restaurant is a classic!
