Not sure what to say?

Dear Joan,

I think of you and Jim often and want you to know that I have taken up the torch of mentoring and in addition to my continuing volunteering with the residents at LA County Hospital, I share Jim's presentation on mentoring with the OB GYN faculty and residents as well as members of other departments hoping to ignite that spark. We need to promote that personal touch that he gave to teaching and to his patients and friends.

Warm regards,
Kathy Forte, MD

Dr. Caillouette delivered my younger son in 1986. He was a wonderful doctor - very gentle and kind. So sorry for your loss,

To Joan and your family,

Thank you for all the many years you shared Jim with all of us, his friends, the medical community, his patients, and all the people he served in the many organizations he participated. He was a wonderful person who gave so much and was so gracious. I felt he treated me like a member of his family, with the concern and encouragement he gave his own children.

May he live in our memories forever.

Katherine Forte, MD

Just learned of your loss. Many years ago I worked in his office in Pasadena. He was a gentleman with dignity. My condolences to the family

Our family, Lisa Caillouette Swaim, Richard A Caillouette Jr and Chrsitopher Caillouette are deeply saddened to hear of our Uncle Jim's passing. He was a proud man and a great brother to our father. We wish his family all the peace, love and space they diserve during this time.

Dear Joan:
I just heard that Jim had passed away, and wanted to say how sorry I am to hear the news. Every time that I met Jim he always had the greatest smile. Big hugs to you and to your family.

My sincere condolences to the family

He was my doctor for 8 years. He was wonderful....so kind and loving. He was a wonderful doctor! I was a "lucky duck" to have had such a divine man !

How very sad. Dr Caillouette delivered all three of my sons. I loved him so much. Prayers to Joan and the entire family.
