So sorry to hear about Jim. He and I sang many songs together at Milestone while I visited with my mother, Fonda. He was always smiling and I'll miss seeing him there.

The very first time I met Jim he approached me doing a very good James Cagney impersonation! He had me smiling then, and every encounter afterward was a positive one. While visiting my sister Toni B. at Milestone I was blessed to be able to spend time with him. We would both sporadically break out in song - but Jim could always one-up me! Jim's quick wit would double me over in laughter. His ability to sing a song in every situation, his totally positive attitude, his smile, his kindness...

What an amazing Man of God Pastor Callecod was. He had a direct impact on my life because he helped to lead my parents to Christ when I was a young child. We called him "Preacher". We loved him and was loved in return. While I am terribly sad of his passing, I am confident in knowing that he heard "Welcome home good and faithful servant" from the Lord followed quickly by "Grab your glove and hat Preacher.
