Not sure what to say?

Kay, sorry to hear about Buck's death. I knew Buck as one of the Cannon boys from Mexia who won more than their share of races at the district Boy Scout swim meets in the early 50s. Later I pledged Phi Gamma Delta with Carl at Tech and went through pledgeship under the watchful of Buck. Great memories of a great guy.

Kay, I am so sorry to learn of Buck's passing. I consider Buck one of my best friends of over 50 years. He gave me my nickname of "fat boy" at Tech and it stuck. I have many wonderful memories of Buck. He will be missed but never forgotten.

David Thompson

Kay, I remember Buck well from our days together at St. Michael. He was an immense help to me personally and his support and friendship will remain a warm and cherished memory for me the rest of my days. I pray that God will comfort you in this dark hour. Bill Power

Dear Kay, We are saddened to learn of your loss and send our love to you and the family. St. Michael and All Angels in Dallas will keep you in our prayers. Love, Marla and Tony Briggle

Kay, so sorry to hear of Buck's passing. I liked and admired him so much as did so many. Know you will miss him. God's blessings to you and family.

Buck was not just a member of Phi Gamma Delta at Texas Tech, but more importantly a loyal brother who was always ready and willing to help another brother in every way as the need arose. He had an infectious smile and manner. All of his fraternity brothers feel a deep sense of loss and will keep Kay and the family in our prayers.
