Today's memorial for Jim was such a nice tribute to a very wonderful person. He was so very helpful to me on so many occasions at XL and I will truly miss seeing him walk the hallways. I'll miss his friendly smiles and his conversation. My heart aches for you and your family and I hope you find comfort in your memories of him. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
