Not sure what to say?

I will always remember the great days I had celebrating my birthday at Capparelli's on Huebner with Jim, my dad and all our friends. With Fernando playing piano, Michael on congas and Jim playing his accordion, those days were amazing moments in time to always be cherished. The loudness, the laughter, the music and of course, the wonderful Italian food! Thank you, Gina and Dee for always making the occasion the best.
Jim died on my Dad's birthday and I can't help but wonder if Dad...

Dear Capparelli Family,
So sad to hear of Jim's passing. My heart goes out to all. You all gave me so much comfort when Frankie died. I will never forget any of you. May God give you comfort and hold you all in his loving arms. Wish I could have been there.

You were always full of good cheer and high energy during the time we spent together in the band at Lackland, and were a most enjoyable person to be around. I am greatly saddened at your passing. My best wishes to your family at this time.

Dredges up a lot of fond memories of our days in the Band of the West. Somewhere I hear strains of Lady of Spain being played on the accordian.

I worked with Jim when we worked for the city of San Antonio back in the 1960s he was always cherrful.I remember one office Xmas party Jim went to get pizza from his father's Capparelli's pizza on WWW white Rd. I don't think I had ever eaten Pizza before until that day it was very good. Jim left the city to run his Pizza Restaurant on Vance Jackson Rd. In fact I have a Dept group picture taken in 1964 and Jim is in it. about two years ago I went to Capparelli's Pizza on Huebner and Babkock...

We are so sorry for your loss and will send prayers of comfort for you and your family. Thank you for sharing your family and pizza with us.

De,

I sadden my to hear of Jim's passing. I can still remember the day when you, Jim, and papa Capparelli came into Genera Hotel Suppy looking for some equipment to set the first store on W.W. White Rd. I also sold Guy Sr. a lot of stuff for the second store on Naco. just north fo Loop 410.

My prayers are with you and the family.
I pickup some meals from the Garden Ridge store at least once a month.

God Bless,

Jim Zotz Jr.

Jimmy, we will miss you. We enjoyed you playing along with us, on your accorordion at Gina's about a month ago. We will always cherish that memory. You are with the "Big Band" now playing for our Heavenly Father. May God be with you Gina, and bless all of the family.

Dearest Dee and Families....We are so very sorry and sad to hear of our beloved cousin passing away. We truly loved him as did Uncle Fats and Aunt Lucille. We often spoke of him and the love he had for them. Dee please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. May the wonderful, joyful, and loving memories of your husband, father, and grandfather remain in your hearts and sooth your sorrowful days ahead. We love you all very much. With our sincerest sympathies Janet,...
