I was so sad to hear of your dad's passing. I consider our family fortunate to have grown up next to such a great family. Even after we all moved out and only our parents were left I would look forward to seeing your dad outside just so I could say "Hi Mr. Capps" and would be overjoyed when he would return a " Hi Teresa".
