Dear Austin,
My sincere sympathy in the loss of your Father.
Sincerely, Steve

Jim reviewed one of my technical writings and the comments were not about the content but the use of the word 'ONLY'. Each time I see that word in print I am reminded about the discussion / lesson he had for me. I continue to be amazed by his concerns for the Cargill employees.
Our condolences.

Dear Mary Janet,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family at your loss. I have fond memories of you and Jim and treasure them. He was a one of a kind. May God Bless you and ease your sorrow by knowing Jim is in the Lord's house and happy again. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Jim had a keen mind and an enthusiastic spirit. Always providing an interesting and memorable quip at every turn. Always a private person he carried a few momentos with him everywhere. They each had special meaning to him. I was fortunate to spend some time with him and appreciate every moment we had. I learned a great deal and had a lot of fun!
His vision will never be replicated.
We are sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,

Dear Austin and Cynthia,
Very sorry to learn about your loss.
Please accept my sincere condolences
