James F. Carl

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Carl. I first met him in his professional capacity as an attorney while I was a court reporter in Harrisburg covering workers' compensation hearings. I always found him to be friendly, professional and considerate of everyone involved, including clients, witnesses and opposing counsel.
