Not sure what to say?

Dear Carpenter Family:
We just learned of James' passing. We will be lifting up your faily at this time of grief. We look forward to our eternal hope.

Love,
Mary, Michael and Annika Fontaine

My deepest condolences to the Carpenter family. Although I haven't seen him in many years, I remember Jim fondly from our days at Emory. He was a great guy - always willing to help out a friend - and always the life of the party. He will be missed.

Dear Janet, Susan, Thomas, Tessa, and Catherine,
We are praying for God's loving arms to surround each one of you as you grieve the loss of your husband and father. James was a good friend and brother in the Lord. His passion for prayer, especially in these last 5 years or so, was an example to us and a testimony of his love for God and his concern for others. Dear Carpenter Family,

We are very sorry to hear about your loss. We will always remember the help and guidance you provided us with when we first arrived in this country 14 years ago. How very fortunate we were to have the chance to connect with and interact with such a giving and wonderful family. James will always be in our hearts and memories.

With Love,

The Begelman Family

To my very special friend, Virginia: My heart goes out to you in the loss of your dear brother, James. My hope is that you will find peace through recalling your fondest memories of your time together.
James was such a gentle, kind, generous & caring person. I miss him and his mischievious sense of humor every day.

Love, Ramona

Janet and James' loved ones: I didn't know. I am sooooo sorry I missed the celebration of his life. It always astounded me how James sought opportunities to give and share. As recently as 2 yr ago, he called at the end of my placement cycle for exchange students to inquire if I had anyone left and that he was interested in helping out. His life seemed painfully short, but in God's own timing, we all are taken.Man, I can simply imagine the BLAST of trumpets as he arrives in Heaven! Can't you??

I met James at Hammer. I got to know his most gracious family thru his sister Virginia. What I will always remember is his strong, broad smile. His strong passion for his beliefs. And his strong desire to give to others a quality shared with his sister Virginia. Thank you James you will be remembered by these things you taught us.
