I began working at NYSEG 1969 in the Auburn District and met Mr. Carrigg often during my 38 years as an Operating Reports Clerk. He was always a gentleman, kind and courteous and always remembered everyone's first name. I met him several times at conferences and recognition dinners and he always had that beautiful smile ready to share.
