I first met Jiim 4-5 years ago completely at random @ Marty Magee's...We had an hour conversation about the lost art of bartending....I hired him on the spot the next day....He was witty, funny and a great conversationalist.... and a genuine nice guy. He was reminder that we don't meet people by chance...And that there are still genuine people out there...I will miss you, my friend....R.I.P.
