Not sure what to say?

This is truly sad to learn about the passing of my friend Jim. I'm at gym when he owned a piece of property off Cortez Street Fort Lauderdale Beach. And yes I agree he was truly a kind man because I was actually looking for a place to wash my clothing in and he invited me to his property said you could use this even though this is for our tenants but you're welcome to the facilities. There are so many wonderful memories and Yes he had a great sense of humor and a very kind heart! I started...

I knew Jim and John as great friends with my brother Pete.
They knew me as Sister Sue...closest friends when I moved down to visit and then lived here near my brother a RE Developer who built and lived in the same complex in Victoria Park, and I a block away.
I could never wait until a Friday night and Jim would put on his Florida Bermuda shorts, boat shoes and a pink button down with that huge smile, burst out laugh, and sharp sarcastic wit.
Sometimes he reminded me...

Dear Elise and James, This must be a difficult time for you. Your dad was such a grand figure in your young lives, and I know how much you must miss him. There have been some big and sad changes in how you face each day this past year. Jim left you much too soon. I know he would have loved to be able to see all the milestones that life will bring you. Because he is not present, does not mean he does’t know. He will be proud of you two and I know that he will always be with you in your spirits...

James and Elise,

It is hard to believe that it has been a year since your father’s passing. I think of him often and miss the periodic calls we had with regard to his travels and to catch up on life. I still have a folder in my files with some of his information which I just could not discard. I have more personal memories of him from many years ago and people who have passed. We were closer back then but as the years past our interactions were limited more to our business...

How can it already be a year?
I didn't know Jim very well, but having Karen as a mutual friend, ment we were his friends too. Such a smart and yet very funny man, we always enjoyed being a part of his life. He will long be missed and gone too young. God protect and help those he left behind.

Jim was a part of our lives. He had dinner at home many times and always appreciative. We had animals and one night when got up from the table his black pants was covered in white cat fur. I was so embarrassed but he just laughed it off. He will be missed by me and my family. Rest In Peace my dear. Norma Rantanen

I was introduced to Jim Case at the announcement of his new ownership of The real estate company I had worked at for 20 years, RE/MAX. I was immediately drawn to his welcoming, light hearted, joyous, friendly, kind and positive personality.
He firmly made a commitment to make his new business venture of this Real Estate very successful. I was so impressed with how he immediately put the wheels in motion to plan, execute, and finish what he promised which was to make our real...

Dear James and Elise,
It has been a difficult year and I miss your dad.
You have been through so much at such a young age.
My heart goes out to you.
Love and hugs, Ward

So many fun memories! one of my favorites was when Bert and I got married. Jim was to drive us from the church to the boat and we looked and looked for him... he forgot us and raced to the boat for the party! we had to ride with my parents My heart is heavy for you and the kids. They are fortunate to have you, Jerry and your mom ❤ And you are fortunate to have James and Elise! We all miss him ❤ I’m sure he’s with Bert and they are watching over all of us.
