It is rare to find a kind and gentle soul who lived his life for others. I had the opportunity to meet Jim and am still in awe of how much love he shares with everyone from his plants and garden critters to all of his friends. I am one of the few who was blessed to sample his vegetarian desserts. Jim, we have one more angel watching over us. It has truly been an honor to have met you.
