James passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018. James was a resident of Morning View, Kentucky at the time of passing. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. His funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery. Such a sweet man who had an equally sweet wife and leaves behind wonderful children. I will think of them often and miss them greatly. Uncle Frankie & Aunt Dorothy are together again in a much better place.

Shellie and I were saddened to hear about your dad's passing. We will always remember him as one who was always glad to be in God's House. He always had a smile and a handshake when he would see us. He was a genuinely wonderful person. We continue to lift you and your entire family up in our prayers. We love you all very much. May you gather up the wonderful memories you have.
