I got to know Jimmy a good amount over the past year or so,, crazy to know he's gone. Rest in peace man you live on in memory

I rented a room from James for almost four years. He helped me put a roof over my head and I did everything I could to make him feel comfortable in his own home. When I got the news that he passed away, it really tore me inside. He´s in a much better place and he´ll always be watching over us. Thank you for everything James! We´ll miss you.

Jimmy was a neighbor and friend, I painted some rooms at his house for him, pizza and beer for two days . Going to miss Jimmy .
