Not sure what to say?

I happened to learn of Jim's passing some time ago. I wanted to extend my condolences to the entire family and apologize for this late message. The last time I seen Jim was at my Father's funeral in 2007 and I very much appreciated his kind words. I remember the "old" neighborhood like it was yesterday and those were indeed special times for all the kids who grew up in that area. Thank you Jim for being there for us.

So sorry to hear of Jim passing. I will miss seeing him come in to City Hall to pay his water bill. I always looked forward to my bread during the Holiday and the apple butter he would make for me. So sorry for your loss. He was a very nice man!

We just found out today that Jim had passed. So sorry to hear. We had lived across the dr. way from him for a year. Talked to him freq and helped him what little we could. Prayers and sympathy to all who loved him. He was a sweet gentle man.

Kelli & Terri - We were so sorry to hear of the death of your father. He was a very nice man. He helped me many tines with my children when John was gone. I knew he would be there if I needed anything. I remember the neighborhood with fond memories.
I would love to hear from you.
With sympathy - John & Elizabeth

I am grateful for the life of Mr. Cauvel. Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.
