Dr. James J. CAVANAGH M.D.

Dr. Cavanagh was a true gentleman in every sense of the word, the last of a dying breed, no pun intended. Always very dapper, clad in a bow tie, he bestowed compassion on his fellow patients. He was kind, loving, and gentle. He was in my life for a brief time, maybe five years as my doctor, but he made a major impact. I will never forget him. I'm sure he is in Heaven now, reaping the rewards of his service and fellowship to his fellow man. May he rest in peace.

Sally just let me know tonight of Jim's death. I wanted to let you know,how sorry I am. He was such a lovely man and I know will be greatly missed by his friends and family. My love and prayers to you Anne and all the children. li Casaa

During a troubled youth in the 1960's, Dr. Cavanagh helped me become the man, parent and grandparent I am today

He cared for me since my early days. It's sad to See him go but he helped a lot of people
