Condolences to the Chancellor family. I had the pleasure of working with Jim when he participated in the IRM (Integrated Resource Management) program at Colorado State University. I was a faculty member at CSU at the time. He was a kind and caring person, and I always enjoyed the time I spent with him.

Loretta, I am so sorry to read of Jim's death. I just received the Christmas card I sent with the notice it was unable to be forwarded. I do not have your phone number. Please give me a call when you can. Love, Mavis

We are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He and Dad (Tanky Doherty) were such good friends. Jim was a kind, gentle and encouraging man in our lives growing up. Always had a smile for us all. Dad respected him deeply. Praying for you all.
