James Chapman Obituary

James Richard Chapman 84, died May 30, 2011 in Tucson, AZ with family and friends by his side. Jim was born in 1926 in Woodville, TN served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a member of VFW Post #4903. He was a professional photographer and retired from the University of Arizona. Jim enjoyed shooting pool with the Tucson Sud Sippers. Jim is survived by his brother, Thomas Chapman (Barbara); daughters, Renee Chapman-Jones (Jim), Gaye Chapman (Mercy), Rosemary Yorkis (Jon) and Lynnette Chapman; grandchildren, Mason Yorkis, Nathan Chapman and Noelle Chapman; companion, Lois Sleight-Ring and family, many nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by HEATHER MORTUARY.
