Not sure what to say?

JIM WAS A GOOD MAN HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.I REMEMBER WHEN MY BOYS WERE LITTLE MY DAD TOOK THEM TO GET THIER FIRST HAIRCUT THAT WAS 29 AND 33 YEARS AGO.

Jim was a good man. He would do anything for you including giving you the shirt off his back if you needed it. I'll never forget him and big heart!!!

Have so many great memories of that little barber shop growing up. Jim gave me my first haircut and cut my hair for many years. I would go down after school and hang out at the store and swing by the barber shop and listen to those old men swap stories.Sure miss those good old days when life was so simple and people had the values we were taught growing up in small town america. R.I.P.my friend!

I will never forget Jim. The first time I met him was at Doc Scotten's barn at Sunday Bluegrass. I took pictures of he and his family and grandchildren. If he saw me from then on, it was, how about getting a picture of me on stage. One day at lunch, I went into the Barber shop for the first time. It was so neat, probably like it had been for years. Doc Scotten came in and they played and sang and it was the best time. Bobby and I will miss Jim and I will get the family copies if needed. I...

I will never forget the great times Jim and I had joking and playing checkers with each other and so many other friends at the barber shop in Franklinville. Goodbye old friend. My sincere heartfelt sympathy to the family.

Jim was a good man, and a good barber...My Dad wouldn't go to anybody else for a haircut. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

In 1970 Jim talked me into taking up the Mandolin. I already played the guitar.I went to Larry Davis and bought an F-Style Ibanez with a pick-up. After 3 months of trying Jim told me to go back to the guitar. Hee-Hee. It was hopeless. He sold the Mandolin for me at a profit. Just the kind of guy he was. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the
family. My parents thought a lot of
Jim. My father thought he was a great
barber!

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.
