Not sure what to say?

To James Clifford's family...I had the privilege of meeting your Dad...a few years ago online...I was looking for information on a cousin of mine that was killed in World War II...James knew him and told me numerous stories of the two of them...My cousin was a Navy HellCat pilot...my last email from Jim was that he was going to the hospital and when he came home he was going to write a tribute to my cousin on his last night before his plane collided with another in the closing months of the...

To the Clifford Family(ies): It was our pleasure to meet cousin Jimmy a few years back at Lynne (Hassan) Matson's home. Please be assured of our prayers, thoughts, and sincerest sympathies on his passing. May God grant him eternal rest and peace. God Bless. Matt Hassan and Family

My sympathies on this sad occasion. Jimmy's warm personality and sense of humour will be missed. All the best,

Eternal Rest to Jim. We at St.Helen were shocked to learn this Morning about Jim's Passing. We had missed seeing him every day at Mass for the Last few Months. In fact my husband and I sat in the same bench with him. I am so glad that I have the laminated Card with his picture on it about his WW11 participation as a Naval Aviation Mechanic for the U.S. Navy. We always looked forward to the stories he told about his family and War Adventure. We enjoyed seeing his Grand daughters with him,...

i missed being with you at the end, but will cherish all the stories, and how you always kept me busy and very entertained, god bless, karen

Our prayers and sympathy to the Cliffords,on this sad occasion,God Bless you all,Frank and Eleanor Carpenito

Never a day went by that Mr.Clifford didn't tell us a story. He always came in with a list from his lovely wife. First the story then the list. It may have been about the war or what he did that day. His eyes always looked so proud when he talked about his kidz or grandz. Once in a while a joke was told. Funny or not we laughed. We are so glad to have been a part of his life. We miss him allready. Love to all...Jon, Melissa, and Diane (Stop & Shop Pharmacy)

Laura, Laney, Jimmy and Bobby,

Please accept my condolences.

Peace to you all.
