Not sure what to say?

Met Jim when he was CEO of Sterigenics in 1999. We were going to work on the company´s annual report. We were just getting started when the IBT acquisition took place. I´ve met a lot of CEOs over the years. Jim was one of the best. He was intense, passionate, and had a clear and strong direction for his company. When asked about consumer misperceptions about the irradiation of food - he lit up and gave a passionate explanation of just how ridiculous and wasteful they were in terms anyone...

Jim was a very close friend and associate of mine at Xerox in Rochester, NY back in the 1970's before he moved to California. One of his favorite sayings, upon our greeting, was...."What's it all about?". I have thought of Jim often over the years and am very saddened to hear of his passing. Warm regards to Janie.

Ken and I still miss Jim's wit and sage advise. He's always in our hearts and prayers.

Prayers to Janie, Jim and Mandy. We love you all.
