James M. Collier

James was born on October 4, 1934 and passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015. James was a resident of Dawson, Georgia at the time of his passing. He attended Terrell High School and graduated from Marion Military Institute. He received his BS degree from Auburn University in 1956 and his LLB from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1960. Jim served in the United States Army for two years. He was married to Joan. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday November 7 2015 at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Benevolence Committee or the Television Committee of the First Baptist Church of Dawson 309 Church Street Dawson GA 39842.
