I knew Dr. Collins from USUHS & was saddened to hear of his passing...he was a role model & mentor to me...my sincerest condolences to the Collins family...he will be greatly missed until we see him again in the resurrection.

Jim's warm smile and his understanding nature were particularly welcome at USU. It was a privilege to work with this outstanding leader.

I knew James during his time at USU and seeing him when he visited the campus after leaving his position. He was a fine man, warm and compassionate with the gift of making you feel good. My prayers go to his family. May he rest in peace.
