Rebecca sending our condolences to you and your family on the passing of your Father.

Mr. Condor gave my mom a loan to pay my tuition my last semester in Business College. That meant I didn't have to work while finishing my schooling. As an African American, this was something most banks wouldn't do. Because of him I finished and went on to get my BS and become Vice President of a subsidiary of R J Reynolds Tobacco Company. I never forgot his kindness and fairness when dealing with me and other people. RIP Mr. Condor!

In all my time in Richmond County I have never known a greater man and supporter of the County's well-being and growth. Thank you for your friendship to our family and visiting my government classes at RCC. Our friendship and condolences to Barbara and family.
