Aunt Eleanor, Nancy, Patty, Danny, Johnny - My heart breaks for all of you as you grieve over Jimmy's passing. Each day I wake, I think of you and pray. One of the most genuine and nicest people I knew. I am so very sorry for your loss and hope that you find comfort in his memory.

Jim and I both loved to teach and we were good friends.He was a wonderful teacher, loved his family and will be remembered for many good things, including his passion and love of poetry and literature. One line which he quoted often to me and will forever be remembered is this from Robert Browning: "Ah,but a man's reach should exceed his grasp. Or what's a heaven for."
