My sincere sympathies go out to Susie and the entire Connor family. Jimmy was the best o the best. He was a wonderful mayor and everyone's friend. He was a tireless fighter to right wrongs and volunteer to make his community a better place for all. And man could he sing. he will live in our hearts forever. May his memory be a blessing. Susie, I´m so sorry about Jimmy´s passing, we go back to the 60´s hanging at South Side Pool, not to mention the laughs we shared with Police Chief Jimmy Klee, too many great memories to share. RIP Jimmy your friend Tommy Culkin

Dear Susie and Family, My deepest condolences for your great loss. Jimmy and I were study hall mates at Central High for 4 years. He and I were members of the largest graduating class "Baby Boomers ". We again worked together on behalf of the many fragile families in our community with Sr. Adrian, Friends of the Poor and Family to Family. He love Scranton and he had a great compassion for those in need. His smile, gentle nature and positive attitude will be greatly missed. RIP Jimmy.

Jimmy was a unique individual with a big heart. He touched so many lives in a positive way, and I'm glad I knew him.

Dearest Susan, Liz, and all of your family. My heart is very saddened by by the News of Jim's passing. We shared so many wonderful times with our Meditation circle of friends.
