Read MoreI knew Jim through the Society for Technical Communication and while working at Digital Equipment Corporation. He was a wonderful mentor and technical communicator. I'll always admire how unruffled he was in the midst of our industry's all too common last-minute deadlines. We could all use more friends like Jim, and I'm truly sorry to hear about his passing. I had the distinct honor of working with Jim at both Digital and Horizon Interactive, as well as serving with him on the Board for the Southern Colorado Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication.
