Jim was a great guy and a good friend for over 35 Years. l will miss our monthly lunches and frequent phone calls. Rest in piece Jim. We will miss you.

We had great respect for Dr Cook as a physician. He provided excellent care to both of us. Garry also served with Dr Cook as a lay person on the Osteopathic Foundation board. He was a great person and we send our sympathy to his close friends.
