Not sure what to say?

I thought of you with love today but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.

I think of you in silence, I often speak your name
All I have are memories and your picture in a frame.

Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part
God has you in His keeping, I have you in my heart.

Love,
Aunt Phyl

Jimmy,

Another Thanksgiving without you..I miss you so much. Please take care of me, the pups and our families..

Love you,

Bill

My condolences to the family of James Coppens. I did not know Jim , a friend sent me a copy of his obituary. I was brought up a Coppens in Chicago. My father, Cornelius Coppens was born in Belgium as Cornelius Van den Berg. His mother remarried in Superior, Wi. and he changed his name to Coppens because of the love he had for his step-father. Coppens is not a common name. I don't know of any connection but wondered. I have a brother, Louis Coppens who has 3 sons, Lou, Jim and Bill...

Bill, Keith & Paul, Katherine, Mike & Brad, Michael & Terry, Shifra, Peter and ALL of Jim’s friends,

I was very fortunate to have Jim as my brother (in-law I consider too formal). He was a special person, and I know that words cannot do justice to what he meant to everyone. I know that he will never be far from my thoughts, and as much as I think about him, I will think of all of you. Bill, you are one of the strongest, most patient, most loving men that I have ever known, and I...

Dear Bill and Family,

Words cannot begin to express how sorry I was to learn of Jim's death. It's obvious from the sentiments expressed in this Guest Book, just how much he was loved. I hope in some small way that it helps all of you to know that so many people share in your grief. Jim's memory will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to know him.

I am very blessed to have had you in my life. You have not only been my big brother but my confidant, protector, number one supporter and my best friend through the years. Yes we argued as children as most siblings do, but the older we got the closer we grew. I have learned so many things from you over the years and have always been so proud of you and honored to be your little sister.
You always put others first and always made sure everyone was taken care of before you thought of...

i am a business associate who has known jim for 9 years or so. i just heard the news today and am quite saddened by it. There is a quote that goes: "life's journey is not to arrive at the Pearly Gates safe in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in hand, totally worn out, shouting "woo hooooo!!!! what a ride!" maybe in Jim's case, it was coffee in hand--but i always admired his ability to live his life with so much spirit, kindness and aliveness, knowing what he...

Uncle Rich & Aunt Mary, Brad & Julie, Pam & John, Bill and all the kids,

Losing someone is never easy. Knowing Jim is no longer in pain and smiling down from above will help. When my grandparents died I told my daugter, Megan, "when the sun shines they are smiling down on us & when it rains they are missing us. No matter what they are always with us." I wish all of you the best. God Bless.

Rich,Mary,Bill,Brad,and Pam,
Our family has many wonderful memories of Jim that will keep him alive in our hearts forever. Jim will be missed more than words can be expresed. He put up a good fight, but his body was just to tired to go on. May God give you the peace and strength you need to get through this difficult time. You now have a special angel to watch over you.
