Dear Dawn and Family, I am proud to have known Jim . He will always hold a special place in all of our hearts. Jim was a man of great integrity, kindness and intellect. Jim will be deeply missed by all who knew him. I miss him more each passing day. May all your memories of Jim bring you comfort; now and always. Rest in Peace my Friend.

It is so hard to believe it's been 8 years since Jim's passing. I still often think of him and the 'adventures' he and I endured. Jim loved a good joke, but more importantly he enjoyed his family; both blood and Law Enforcement.

To the Costanza family; I want to offer my condolences to all of you. Jim and I came on the department at the same time and spent the next 25 years serving the citizens of Morris Township until we both retired. Jim was a great officer who shared his talent with firearms to assist those that were not as proficient. I always knew, if I had a firearms question, Jim was the one to go to. He will be missed by not only his family but by his brothers and sisters in law enforcement. Rest in peace...

I will always remember watching first Jim then Jim and Tommy walking thru our property past the barn and up the main path carrying his gun to go shoot the heck out that 55 gallon drum out in the woods when I was just a kid.

He taught Tom the way to become the shooting enthusiest he is.

To one of my favorite distinguished experts, rest in peace my friend.
