James Alexander Couper, 93, of Luray, died Wednesday at Rockingham Memorial Hospital, Harrisonburg.A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 1 p.m. at Luray United Methodist Church.Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home Inc., Luray.
