Not only was Dr. Jay my Podiatrist, but also a family friend. My late parents, Edward and Norma Germain, always spoke very highly of his parents, Harry and Annette and loved them very much. Dr. Courniotes was my podiatrist for many years. I was shocked when I received the letter regarding his passing. Sending my deepest sympathy to his family and to his staff at the office. He will be missed.
