Not sure what to say?

I just learned of his passing. He was my cousin and I will miss him. He certainly was a sweet man. I saw him about 5 years ago. He certainly was an impressive lawyer. May his children be blessed and have good lives. Sharon (Addy) Beverly.

Sad to hear about Jim's passing. He represented me for a time but most importantly, he was such a nice and genuine person. He will be missed. Darren

So sorry to hear about Jim, a fraternity brother, all around great guy, and lawyer I had a few matters with over the years. Wish we´d had more. RIP Jim.

Jim was a great fraternity brother at Sigma Pi UGA and had a distinguished law career. I reconnected with Jim when his latest firm The Carr Group opened a satellite office in Gainesville, Ga. down the street from my law office. Jim will be missed and always remembered. Michael Casper, UGA `69, JD UGA `72

Fraternity Brother and law school classmate. As fine a person as you could hope to meet.

I knew Jim for many years through mutual clients. I always found him to be honest, sharp, and quick-witted. Deeply sorry to hear he has passed. My condolences to him family and friends

To Jay, Cassie and Caroline: I was your father's assistant for a couple of years. I enjoyed working with him because Jim was a brilliant lawyer, a kind man and the consummate southern gentleman. I also enjoyed his stories and his dry humor. When he spoke about you three and his grandchildren, he always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. He was proud of all of you. May God bless your family during this time of sorrow. Jim is missed.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences in behalf of the Cox family and friends in this time of grief. May the times shared help you cope through this difficult time.
