Not sure what to say?

Dear Ann I really looked forward to doing stories that Jim was part of. He was personable, funny , trustworthy and thoughtful and loved to share back stories or offer valuable advice . As a young viewer, I always paid attention when his pieces were on...a reporter´s reporter . Please accept my condolences. Tom Beres

Donna George Ernst Apr 19, 2023 Ann, we always enjoyed Jim's stories of his childhood, or his service to the country. I might order a Rob Roy in his honor next time we're out. We miss him. We're sorry for your loss.

Jim, as we knew him, was my nephews´ (Larry and Jamie) beloved uncle. The last time I saw him was decades ago when Larry took us to a Broadway performance when there was standing room only. No one complained, and we had a great time. Jim was a gentle man, and a true gentleman.

Anne my heart goes out to you and your family. Jim was a dear friend of mine during my years working with the late Mayor Carl B. Stokes. I use to enjoy hearing his laughter as we discussed our family dynamics and his work as a television newscaster. Not everyone knew he was a twin and he spoke highly of both you and John. I will truly miss him. Rest in peace, Jim. Juanita
