I learned today to my absolute shock that Chef "Jimbo" Crowley had passed. In the short time that I was fortunate enough to come to know Chef Jimbo was truly an honor. Gentle as can be with amazing patience and character. He will always be remembered. God bless him and his family.

Dear cousin Jim,
I will be unable to attend to say a proper goodbye. But you and the family are in my heart. I remember all the wounderful times we shared over our younger years. Especially at grandma's house in Fleetwood. I remember you being the star of the show and I was so taken by your confidence. You made the days so memorable to me. I can remember just the smells omitting from the kitchen on those special days. And being so excited to eat the creations you prepared for us.
